Terms & conditions
The short version: use myPDFcraft to work with your own documents, don't abuse the service, and we'll keep it running honestly. Here's the full version.
Last updated: September 2026
1. What myPDFcraft is
myPDFcraft is a set of online document tools — converting, merging, splitting, compressing, and securing PDFs and common office file formats. Each tool runs as its own focused page: you upload a file, we process it, and you download the result. There is no software to install.
2. Using the service
Most tools on myPDFcraft work without creating an account. By using them, you agree to:
- Only upload files you own or have the right to process.
- Not use myPDFcraft to process illegal content, or content that infringes someone else's rights.
- Not try to break, overload, or abuse the service — that includes automated scraping, sending unreasonable volumes of requests, or attempting to bypass the file size and rate limits shown on each tool page.
- Not attempt to access another user's files, jobs, or download links.
If you're under 18, please use myPDFcraft with a parent or guardian's awareness — the service isn't designed with a separate mode for minors.
3. Your files
You own what you upload and what we generate for you. We don't claim any rights over your documents. We also don't read, analyze, or use the content of your files for anything beyond running the tool you chose — see our Privacy policy for the full detail on how files are handled and deleted.
You're responsible for keeping your own copy of anything you need. Uploaded files and generated results are deleted automatically a short time after processing — myPDFcraft is not a storage service, and we can't recover a file once its retention window has passed.
4. Limits, so the service stays fast for everyone
Each tool page shows its current file size and file count limits before you upload. These exist so processing stays fast and reliable for every visitor, not just to be restrictive. We may adjust these limits over time as the service grows.
5. No guarantees, plainly stated
myPDFcraft is provided as-is. We work hard to keep every tool accurate and reliable, but document conversion is genuinely hard — an unusual or malformed source file can occasionally produce an imperfect result. We can't guarantee the service will be available every second of every day, or that a specific conversion will always preserve 100% of a source file's formatting.
We are not liable for indirect losses arising from using myPDFcraft — for example, a business decision made based on a converted document you didn't double-check. Always review important output before relying on it.
6. Changes to the service or these terms
We may add, change, or retire individual tools as the platform develops — a tool marked "coming soon" is exactly that, not a broken feature. If we make a material change to these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
7. Questions
If anything here is unclear, or you think something on myPDFcraft is being misused, contact us — we read every message ourselves.
